Five Steps to Your Custom Product
1. Drawing Submission
Send STEP/IGS/DWG files or rough sketches. Include module, environment and target specs.
2. DFM Review
Our engineers confirm manufacturability, materials and cost. You get a feasibility report and quotation.
3. First-Article Sample
Sample fabricated in 3–7 working days. Photos, drawings and key dimensions delivered.
4. Testing & Validation
Thermal test, fit check and (for liquid kits) pressure test. A test report is issued.
5. Mass Production
IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC quality control throughout. CE, ISO9001, RoHS documents provided.

Common Questions
Can you manufacture according to our own drawings?
Yes. We accept STEP/IGS/DWG files or rough sketches. Our engineers run a DFM review and confirm manufacturability, materials and cost before sampling. First-article samples are typically ready in 3–7 working days.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 10 units for stock designs. Custom ODM orders start from 10 units. Liquid-cooling kits have an MOQ of 20 units.
How long do samples and mass production take?
Samples: 3–7 working days for enclosures, 7–10 days for liquid-cooling kits. Mass production: 12–18 days for fanless cases, 15–22 days for active cooling kits, 20–28 days for liquid-cooling kits.
Are your products compatible with NVIDIA Jetson modules?
Our enclosures and cooling kits are designed to be compatible with Jetson series compute modules (Orin NX, Orin Nano, AGX Orin). We do not sell NVIDIA modules and are not affiliated with or endorsed by NVIDIA.
